Actually i have not planned to order at swfa.com. The offer is made from another dealer which has experience with shipping to Denmark.
Why should i be illegal to ship to Denmark?

Besides, that Trijicon is huge. It may overwhelm the .308 X-Bolt. I'd be wanting something more compact. How about something like a Swarovski Z-3 3-9 X 36? I would assume they are available over there. Good luck man.

The mildot reticle is regulated by US customs I believe.

Anything that can be used effectively against our troops in war we tend not to want to sell to someone outside the country because unfortunately some people buy stuff only to resell to our enemies and we just dont know who all those people are so the down side is some good decent people get told sorry we cant sell to you.

I already own a Bushnell Elite 3-9x40 and i am looking for something with clearer lenses and larger field view for better hunting performance. Generally i think the Danes prefer larger scopes for hunting. Almost evrybody here uses 50 or 56mm scopes and i must agree with this. Higher light transmission, greater view etc. Only negative is the weight, but i don't consider this a big problem because the x-bolt is a light rifle so the total weight is still acceptable.

I think the trijicon would be a good choice based upon your needs. A Meopta Meostar 3-10x50mm could be a good option as well.

I'd look at something without a military-type reticle.
Swaro makes outstanding optics for hunting. It is a large scope, have owned it, glass is nice, but I don't like it on stalking guns. To each Dane, his own, I guess.

Would it be legal if i ordered the scope with the plex rectile instead? American scopes like the trijocon is avalible in Denmark, but they are way overpriced. In this case it would be possible to save 400-500$ by ordering directly from the US.

Possibly, you need to check with customs. Anytime you buy anything outside your own country you need to make sure you know the rules of both the country sending it out and your own for bringing it in

I understand this but i still think it's a bit strick. I mean if i hypotheticaly wanted to, i could buy the exact same scope i DK and you is for war against US. The money earned from selling the scope would still go to US/trijicon. With this i must add that DK soldiers support US in the war and so do i!
