Looking for good rings for around $50. How are these rings? I've never had QD rings before, are they really trustworthy? I just don't want them moving around.

They are good rings.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

+1. You could do a heck of a lot worse. I put some on a triple 4 Marlin and they worked great.

I have Warne QR rings on all but one or two of my rifles with Weaver slots.  I like the vertical split better than the horizontal.

I have the Maxima QD rings and they go back to zero every time.  I also like the option of taking the scope off to clean my rifle.

I have 3 sets of the fixed Maximas in my kit, and at least 5 rifles mounted with them.  REally hard to get much better for less than 4 times the price and you are usually spending money to add weight to your rifle, not getting a better or stronger mount.
