Shipped today and I am very anxious to get my hands one this little scope..

If they got it right, this will be a killer little scope
Very happy to see a 2-7 illuminated and am very interested in how well their new illumination system works.

Nice to see some innovation from Leupold and be at a reasonable price.

I meant the reticle... I would pick a #4 too... 2-7 sounds like a very useful zoom range.

#4 has always been my favorite too...

I am going to run it on a 6.8 AR
Got another hunt scheduled for 3 weekends from now and will test it out...

That will be the last deer hunt of the year and will focus on hogs from that point forth.

Does that Leupy Firedot have VXII type glass? 
If we're not suppose to eat animals...how come they're made of meat?
