Hi,
I am looking for suggestions on a scope for a FAL in a PARA configuration.  Ideally magnification in the 1-3x range, but red dots are o.k. too.  Want to mount it low enough to maintain the good cheek weld I get right now without having to do stock cheek raisers.

Thanks.

What type of mount are you using? Para type fal have the bolt spring in the dust cover which increases their height. This and a cheek riser on a folding stock doesn't work well.  If you really want too keep it low, you'll need to go to a scout type front mount and a dot. Not sure but try Ultimak on the mount, then choose your sight.
