I need help choosing between Tally (picatinny), TPS, and Seekins bases? Burris XTR or TPS rings?
I need something that is strong and going to hold up with my 7mm rem mag recoil and slippery Mississippi mud in case of a fall.
On top of that once I choose and go to mount my scope, the picatinny rails/rings seem easy to mount and not as important in the lining up say the dovetail mount. There are not windage screws or anything to mess up the alignment. Right? Looks like a FAT Wrench and a level will take care of it.

Just buy all TPS. You will be happy with them, they are excellent quality.

As you didn't state a price,I would go with Badger Top & bottom & if you don't want to deal with the weight of steel then I would go with Talley's Skull & Cross Bones top & bottom.I have both on a .308 & S&W .460mag,both hold up with no problem!
