Where would the Burris fullfield ll rank as far as overall quality/clearity/value as compared to a VXI or VXII and how about the Millett Buck silver and buck gold scopes? I'd like someone that knows alot about scopes to put these in order from best to worse.

while there are some in the "order" I disagree with, overall it is a pretty good guide.

The Fulfield II is a fairly good scope not great but there are a lot of guys out there using them to hunt with and they work just fine and right now several  of their models are the bargain of a lifetime.  Are they better than VX 1  --- I think so but your eyes are different than mine you need to go look for yourself. Leupold has a great warranty that alone is worth something I have a FX3 6x42 that I have been hunting with all year and I like it just fine. Would I be comfortable  hunting with a bargain priced Burris Fulfield II   -- sure why not its a great price on a good scope.  Is it as tough as my Leupold probably not but their fixed 6x should be about the same.

I think the VXII and the FFII are very comparable optics wise, the price shows a different story.

Which version of the FFII. There is a big jump in clarity from the 3-9 to the 4.5-14.FFII I am not a big fan of the 3-9 but I really like the 4.5-14. It will define and have better color than the VX-III Leupolds of the same power range in a side by side comparison. Far better than the VX-I or the VX-II. I have no experiance with the Millet buck line of scopes.

This is 2009's scope scale. I'm not sure what happened to the 2010 scope scale link.
