help identifying a scope |

Need help guys, I looked at a used Abolt with a scope that i have never seen before. The gunshop propieter was also undable to identify it.
All it has on it is a slanted capital I with crosshairs through it. Told the guy at the store somebody on this forum would have the answer lickety split.
