I have RCBS - 3 press, can I use other die sets in that (like Lee) ?

as long as they are the same diameter and same threads yes you can.i think they are a 7/8" and 14 thread or something like that.

yes most of the normal dies are interchangeable with different presses. I do not personally know any that are not, but I am sure there are some out there because I have read about the diameter and thread count.
My lee, reading, and rcbs dies all fin in my 3 different presses (Hornady, RCBS, and LEE)

I use RCBS, Hornady, Forester, Lee, Redding, and Lyman Dies all in my Hornady Press.
