someone said it's BS without pics..
so.. here goes.. trying to get some good reticle images I will say this based on initial impressions: extremely sharp and clear glass, even at night and with the small objective it's sharper and purer than the Accupoint 3-9 (both set at 4x and looking my neighborhood at cars, houses, etc) Very positive dial detents Brightness range is big, goes from flooding the interior with flair to barely noticable, at lowest setting it does not overpower the target. Need to test in full light No tunnel effect at 1x, and a true 1x it is My initial take is I would prefer the CQMR-1 reticle for my 6.8 for hunting applications as I tend to prefer a simple reticle and don't really need the ranging options of the EBR-556 reticle That being said, for 3 gun or tactical use I would probably opt for the latter Plan to get out to the range and put these through their paces as well as taking hunting. If anyone is in the Austin area and would like to meet up please let me know.. I may be headed to the Best of the West Sat AM or soon... |

I will be interested to see how these work out.
Both reticles are MOA-based and one elevation turret looks to be 0.1mil, is that correct? With the stable of AR's constantly growing, I can always use a good 1-4X, let us know how they do. |

They are both MOA. The CQMR has a BDC turret. Scott |

That would be great.
I have about 2,000 rounds of M855, I can check the reticle at real-world range, see how well the drop aligns with the actual bullet drop. |
