I know the old Swarovski AV line used a leaf erector spring system but not sure about the new Z3, does the Z3 use a leaf erector or coil spring setup?
Thanks,
Sam

Thanks Dale, Is there any difference in strength between coil and leaf systems?

In principle, yes.  In practice, if properly executed, both work just fine.

Thanks ILya, so does that mean that in theory at least coil springs are a bit stronger?

In theory, coil springs have better longevity.
