Yeah it's pretty bare now, hopefully Christmas comes a little early for me this year and I can finish getting stuff for it. I plan on having a few things done to it if that happens, haha. I will say that the Elite 6500 has stood up to its name so far, two very cold very foggy mornings with absolutely no issues, and clear sight picture.

This is the x-mark pro trigger, plus I don't point my weapon at my kids. Even if I had kids, which I don't. And I'll get pics of range time up as soon as I find a factory load she really likes. I haven't started handloading yet, but I figured in the next few months probably will start getting into that. That and I'd like to get the HBLM-S Harris bipods for it.

BOTH!!  BUT as far as the Rem trigger goes I've been around ones that had "trigger work" done and would fire when they were taken off safe.  Honestly don't know of any unaltered triggers having a problem.

Well, they aren't worth squat not with those bad triggers on them. What you got!? I may be able to give you a little for them.Wink

I haven't had time to keep up with the story (+ don't own a 700).  Is it that bad?

Apparently the pre- X-Mark Pro trigger 700's were having issues firing when taken off safe. I personally think it could of maybe been a manufacturer defect, but also would put some of that pressure on the owners. I've never heard of anyone having any issues with theirs.
