Sweet, nicely upgraded and still the same great price.  Thanks SWFA.

Now... I have a dilemma. I have an AR-10 and a SS 3-9x42 combo that needs a set of rings. I have a set of X-high TPS rings on backorder. What would be your suggestion on rings? Keep with the TPS or go with the SWFA rings.

You many not be able to get the necessary eye relief with the TPS rings as they many not allow you to put the scope forward far enough.  The SWFA mount is designed to allow you to mount your scope forward.

On the rings what is the height for the 'High' (SS30H) and would it fit a 6-20x50 on an ar15 top?  I've read most seem to require X-High which are usually somewhere around 1.5''?  I have 17'' of space out to the front of the quadrail, so thats why i was possibly considering just the rings instead of the SSALT mount.

I like the idea of the SS rings w/inserts for 1" tubes. Has anyone used these with the inserts and how well do they hold on something like a 308 or 30-06? Any opinions good, bad, or in-between would be appreciated.
