I have a new AR mount that has actually brought a smile to my face. To start with, easy open plastic container, no cutting or blood, which is a nice change of pace from a blister pack. Second, the mount comes with everything you need to get it on your AR. Lastly, nice light aluminum yet stout enough to handle the toughest application, 20 moa built in drop, and plenty of cantilever to allow easy mounting so you can charge with ease. Any guesses who this AR specific mount is made by? Ask and I will be happy to tell you. I am impressed by it and I am sure you will be also.

It is sold by Nikon but I don't know who manufactures it for them. Great piece of equipment and great price, plus it pairs great with the Nikon M-223 scope. Hope that helps?

I would say since they are made to pair with the M223 scopes that they are 1" like the scopes

Thanks SVT, that makes sense, mabey someone from SWFA can add this info to their website since people may want to pair this mount with a different scope and this would save having to be asked.

SVT Tactical you are correct, 1 inch just like the scopes.
I don't know if they will make a 30mm mount like the 1 inch one but it would be nice.
I finally got my hands on 2 of these Nikon M-223 mounts for my AR's and they are great.
Easy to use, all the way from opening the non-blister pack package to coming with all the tools you need.
I am pairing one with the M-223 3-12x42SF with Rapid Action Turret. I have been a BDC fan for a long time so switching to the Turret style should be easy. The glass on this scope is awesome to say the least.
All the bells and whistles you would expect on a Monarch platformed scope. The Monarchs are what I use on my main hunting rifles so I knew my choice to try the M-223 Riflescope was sound. I'll let you know how it performs very soon.
