My wife Mary snapped this a few minutes ago. First one the locals have brought in to the house.  Thought y'all might enjoy.

About 25yrs ago my two kids brought in a fawn they said they found stuck in a mudhole. At the time I had a female shepard/wolf dog that would adopt ANYTHING.  So she took right to this fawn.  We called DNR and the biologist said he'd be out in the morning to pick it up.  Well after just a few hrs this thing would climb up in your lap and suck a bottle. Next day the DNR guy shows up to get the fawn which was laying out in the yard with my dog. She wasn't about to give this fawn up. I had to drag her into the house so DNR could take the fawn.  He got big kick out of that.

Yea Wes,for a cheap digital she did good.  Light was just right.

You oughta seen her with the 10 baby ducklings the neighbor dropped off.  I didn't know what would happen first.  Whether she was gonna start quacking or the ducks start barking.
Then there was the time she kept stealing our cats kittens.
