There is a town (Moorefield) 30mi south of me that, along with another town, holds the states high temp record of 112*. It's anywheres from 7 to 10* hotter there than here. MIGHT set a new record.

I wasn't upset about the black cat crossing my path this morning but mouthing "your fu@#ed" as he passed was just rude.
I have a buddy down here in Bibb county that has 18 brothers, two sisters. All have at least three kids! You can't sneeze in Bibb county without knockin' one down. I understood the go forth and multiply passage but some folks took it WAY to serious!
"Don't argue with a fool! From a distance you can't really tell who's who!"

Got some friends that still own land down there but they now live in Fla. so I haven't hunted down there in quite awhile. Everybody I use to hunt with either died, gave it up,or don't get out of sight of the coffee pot anymore.

Not many months in Oklahoma that don't expect to have 100 deg days or below freezing temps. Extremes are more the normal than unusual. July is supposed to be the dry month and it is not so this year. It has rained every day so far this month. The 7" so far today is not helping after the 3-5" yesterday. Flood watch here extends through Saturday.
