Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between a Zeiss Diavari and a Diavari Victory scope.  I see them on ebay and the just Diavari is alot less money than the Diavari Victory sopes I see listed on other store websites.  Is this still considered the top of the line for Zeiss.  Any info will help.  Thanks

Depends on what you mean by top of the Zeiss line. They sell a tactical line called the Hensoldt.SWFA sells a 6-24x72 for$3769.95,I know they also sell a scope in the range of $14750,yes 14K.I would have ordered a few but that meant not eating for the next 25yrs.Wink

The newer Victory model has the added waterproof LotuTec coating. This is similar in concept to the Rainguard that has been highly successful with Bushnell.
The T coatings are the same, I believe, in both models.

Correct.  The only difference is the new scope has the Lotutec coatings and different reticle options.  They are both essentially the same scope.

Throw the scope out in the trash and go get the brand new model.
