My old zeiss DF 7x50 from 1920 is now out of duty.
RF 10x45 is now my EDC

The binocular have been in my house for about 10-12 years. It have been used every day by me and my family. First owner of this one? - I dont know
My wife did have an accident when taking it out of my car.
First heavy drop in the road - no problem , but after the second drop some minutes later -its out of collimation.

Those new ones are nice. How much difference in the glass between the two? I'm really interested to hear how much difference.

The old one - DF 7x 50 . Its surprice me every time. Very ,very clear optic ,but no coating.
 
 
New one  10 x 45 RF  - 1,1 kg
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Old one - 1,3 kg
