How do the optics of the higher- end Burris scopes compare with Zeiss Conquest glass?

...just wondering if anyone had done a side- by- side comparison. I haven't found a shop that carries Burris.
If anyone has compared a high- end Burris to Leupold VX-3, Sightron, Vortex or anything, really, I'd like to know what you think.
I've viewed many scopes out there, just not the top end Burris.

I found this and hope it helps until some chimes in.  Make sure to read all the posts as the OP made a few errors:

Thanks for the heads- up on that great post by maine(R).

Swarovski scopes have beat everything I've looked through to date, so it's no surprise that the Burris wasn't an equal to the PH in low- light. I wouldn't expect it to match in daylight, either.
maine(R) seemed to say that the Burris fared well in the comparison during daylight.
quoting the post: "Both scopes are very clear and bright with slight edge to the Swaro."

The Swarovski's low-light performance matches my own experience comparing a Swarovski with a Zeiss Diavari T and a VX-3.
Swarovski is the low- light wunderkind. I've not personally seen anything better, but that's just me.

If the Burris really was anywhere close to the Pro Hunter's performance, it's a pretty good scope.

You've done an actual Conquest vs Burris comparison?
