Thanks guys.
My oldest just let me know... In dog years...... I'm dead. 40 does not feel any different than 39 did so far. |

Neil, 40 is fine. 42 on the other hand............. I went from 20/15 to needing readers in two weeks. 42 was like falling off a cliff for my eyes. LOL! Cheers!

Thanks Benz, I think I'm an early bloomer. I've got to get to the eye doc. I'm in the process of re-scoping most of my rifles because I just can't see what I once did with them. Good bye Tasco and Simmons, Hello Vortex, Millet, and Nikon. Shesh, gets spendy with 25 rifles. "10 upgraded so far, doing 1 a month now"
It's not as bad as the 29 to 30 transition. I remember a buddy telling me that after 30 I'd be able to lay there at night and listen to my body make all kinds of new sounds. He was right, it was damn creepy. Sounded like a clogged drain letting go. Yikes! |

Appreciate all the kind words guys. I like it here, it's a fun bunch and I regret not getting here sooner as it would have really helped through the years to have had the information you guys share when I was making scope decisions.
I've already taken more from here than I'll ever be able to put back. Thanks for keeping me around. |
