Okay, I ve got 600.00 bucks to put scopes on 2 of my SHTF rifles:  DPMS 308 and Savage 110 30.06.  Must be 30mm.  Choices are Millett Tactical 4-16x50 OR Vortex Crossfire 6-24x50mm.
Thanks

Vortex due to the warranty.   Upgrade the optic for the bolt gun for long range and down grade the power of the optic on the semi auto to rapidly acquire multiple close targets.

You could just put this on the DPMS and toss a cheap tasco on the 30-06.  I'd rather have one really good tactical scope than two so so scopes.
Another good choice would be
SWFA SS 3-9x42 Tactical Riflescope Mil-Dot SWFA SS 3-9x42 Tactical Riflescope
Stock # - SS39X42

I'd go SS10x on the DPMS and SS16 or 20X on the Savage & never look back.
