Yes in deed.. a good call... I have these same glasses (probably different color lenses) that I use for fishing and their great. For shooting though I prefer the Wiley X brand because of their ballistic properties, etc.

Fishing tournaments I use Oakley's, Maui Jim's, and Hobie's depending on what I'm doing.

Wiley-X or Oakley ($$$).  The Skeeters I know like the Decot HY-WYD glasses.

how much are your eyes worth to you?? you only get one set. there are two things in life i believe you dont scrimp on, one is your feet the other is your eyes. you should protect them to the best of your ability, cause you wont be comfortable with crappy boots in the field for any extended amount of time. with your eyes, if something goes wrong i want stuff that will stop 12 gauge pellets protecting my eyes.

I have eye light sensitivity even in low light conditions so a good polarized rap around lens is a must for me.

I like the interchangeable lens configurations for different light conditions. My Maui's don't but my Wiley's and Oakley's do.  Thunbs Up

I use the Randolph Ranger's for skeet shooting cause they have interchangeable lenses and they are safety rated as well. Same concept as DeCot but less expensive, especially if you want multiple colored lenses.

I have had the same pair of oakleys now for over 5 years,  every two years or so I get new lenses put in but the frames are titanium so they should last a long time.  Before that pair I used to get a new pair of the Arnette Catfish's every year because thats about the length of time they would hold up.  I still have a few of them in my range bags in case I forget my Oakleys but its hard beat them.
