It probably depends on the configuration, but generally, I would take the Buckmaster over Elite 3200.

Elite 3200 has the Rainguard, but in every other way I can think of, I think Buckmaster has an edge.

I had both. Buckmasters 4-12x50 and Elite 3200 3-10x40. Buckmasters was better in every respect. Better in low light, better turrets with better touch and click sound and feel and I my opinion also better build quality. In sharpness they were about equal. 

Specially in low light Nikon was way way brighter.
