I'm new to the forum so I'm sure this has been covered before...does anyone know the OD of a Bushnell Legend 50mm scope, or know where I could find the info?  I don't know if I need medium or high rings.  I just ordered the scope and wanted to get/order the rings in case it takes a week to get them.  I'll be cutting it short to get the rifle sighted in before I head to Texas to shoot some hogs.

Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

my 40mm 4200 elite requires mediums i would assume that your 50mm legend would need highs

HIGH RINGS for 50mm on a M70.
We measure it with a micrometer, mark it with a crayon, and cut it with a chainsaw.
