Already have and they are really nice. Should hurt the Conquest pretty bad.

Hmmmm, maybe that's why we're seeing the conquest discounted.

Rumor was that Leopold was introducing a new long- range tac scope too. No show?
|

If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

From a marketing standpoint it would hurt their Diavari sales I'm sure. |

From where I stand, the Diavari is bought by people who want the absolute best. I think these people would still buy the Diavari, but for everyone else, looking at scopes in the price range of $4-800, it could be the feature that makes the difference. It is still a large jump in price from any Conquest to a Diavari. But I could be totally off base. I'm certainly not a marketing guru.

Chris, what was your impression of the Bushnell fusion rangefinding binocular. Not that I'd expect them to be better than a Geovid, but may be interested in one for the old man.

You could very well be right as maybe Lotu-Tec perhaps isn't the deal breaker anyway. I had forgotten how much loot was between a Conquest and a Diavari. I will say however, that I've stopped trying to figure out what motivates the German mindset regarding what American hunters want and need. Puzzling at times to say the least. |

Only pictures best I can tell. The problem is they build what they think is best, not what say guys like you and I might tell them would be best for American hunters. They almost seem offended if you tell them otherwise.
