I've bought new rifle and had a Bushnell Elite 4200 2.5-10x40 scope put on it. I've got one question/problem.
When looking through it at 2.5X magnification there is this roundish "shape" on the bottom edge of the view. It disappears when you go past 4X magnification. Is this normal?
Apart from that i haven't got any other problems with the scope.

Did he mount your scope properly, new base and mounts can correct that problem if you have a talented gunsmith.

If it persists get a hacksaw and remove 1 inch of barrel length at a time till the spot goes away.

Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.
Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow Now the rules have changed again. |

Well, that made my morning!
If you don't like the roundish shape, consider replacing your barrel with an octagon one. Remington even makes a triangular one now. Glad you got it figured out, AK.
