I see on some of the scopes you say they have ring marks on them. I looked at a picture and could not see them. is the picture the exact one you are listing? this one i am looking at is a great deal and i would not mind if it had a few little marks on it as fine as it worked properly. thanks

Good luck getting a reply!

I made a post on the 11th of August, it's now the 23rd and still no reply. Customer service sure needs some tweaking at the Sample List desk.

Josh79,

I am very sorry for the long delay.

Sometimes the ring marks are to light to show up in the picture but once the scope has been picked up they can be seen.

Was there one that you were interested in?  I would be more than happy to get it and describe it to you.

I picked up a Zeiss 3-9X36 that was advertised as having ring marks.

I called first and got a very accurate description.

If you're going to invest the $'s it's worth the call.

I never saw any scope malfunction with ring marks    Shocked   .... the least thing I'd worry about . Soon as YOU mount it ... it's gonna have them . Gouges .... scrapes ... dents ... or scratches ... some sellers on ebay call them blemishes .... that could show abuse .
