Good question. Some of the upper end Minox bino's are pretty damn impressive so they do know how to make em right. Supposedly they are being build in the USA by some "partner". Sounds familiar. Will have to get ILya to do some recon on this one.

Last I heard Leica owned Minox.  I have a pair of Minox binos that are very good (BL 8x42 BR's)
