I looking to put a scope on a Stevens model 200 .270 that I just bought. I going to go with the Talley one peice aluminum mounts, but still haven't made up my mind to which scope to get. I want to keep the scope under $200. I have three in mind and would appriciate any help.
3-9x40 Bushnell 3200
3-9x40 Nikon Prostaff
3-9x40 Nikon Buckmaster

I think I'd go with the 3200 also. Just MHO.

The prostaff won't fit very well. The other two should be fine.

Thanks, for all the help. Looks like I'm going to go with the 3200 Bushnell.

What height would I need in the Talley one peice aluminum rings for the 3-9x40 Bushnell and would I need the extended ones or not. Thanks!

ive got low rings on all of my guns, the issue i ran into was on my .375H&H, i had the 4200 elite on it and the front scope cap couldnt clear the barrel the scope could though. i havent ever used talley rings either so their heights may be different than what im accustomed to. i generally use leupold rings and bases, cause they are fairly reasonable to buy price wise.

Glass may be slightly better on the Team Primos but think the 3200 is a better scope.
