This feral hog eradication program is funded by a group of farmers who are taking progressive action to reduce the devastation done to their crops by these animals. Each and every feral hog is estimated to cause $1400 in crop damage during its lifetime. As you can see this data in combination with the extraordinarily high and ever expanding hog population proves to be a very big problem. Through the support of the farmers of Haskell Co. and the efforts of Nueces Helicopters, LLC. the hog population is on its way to a more controllable state as well as a much higher crop yield for the farmers. For more information see www.nueceshelicopters.com

These guys are the real deal.  I don't know who was more impressive in the video, the pilot or the shooter.

Most of the shots were with open sights, the laser was just used in the low light shots were you could see it running on the ground.  He used 62 gr. hollow points.

The camera is attached to a modified bayonet....sweet set up.

EOTech would rock on something like this but then again he didn't miss much with open sights.

I've had about 5 people send me that video over the past 2 days, one was REMF95 from here saying, "We gotta do this!"

That does indeed look like a great time.

And, as I told someone else, I've done too much hog hunting to think all those hogs that went down stayed down.  Those damned things are tough!

I'd need a Mini-Gun to be as accurate as that guy was.  If I had three wishes, one of them would go something like this.

Except the cars would be thousands of hogs.

Man, I want to fly for them.  I did most of my training in those helos!  Wonder if they need a pilot?

Ok, I have got to go hog hunting.  It won't be from a helo, but I raised way to many of them and fixed far too many things that they destroyed and couldn't beat them because they were your income.

 It's all coming together!
We really should find a buyer for the meat, and a couple guys to process the kills.
