When my friend had his tank (M5A1 Stuart) we reloaded for it. The most expensive component was the powder (M6 cannon powder). Since he had a machine shop and made his own projectiles, the only real cost was the steel and brass stock. He had a military crimper that crimped everything from 20mm to 90mm, we called it the Lee loader for cannons. The main gun was a 37mm and it was a blast to shoot, although I don't think we would try skeet since we couldn't find any canister rounds.
