This mount addresses a lot of the problems associated with scope mounting and ergonomics. Looks very impressive for a serious shooter. Levels ,Indexing marks, Mounting screws placed out of the way, Multiple attachment points. This guy has really done his homework.
Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.

Looks very cool, some nice features.

Hi

Thanks for the intererst, here is some pictures of my new solutions for an ultralow mount for firearms with an already tilted rail. All those are so far only prototypes and the production is just about to start now.
Does anyone of you have any interesting ideas to make this mount even more versalite and stronger.

The scope is a S& B 4-16x50 and the mounting height betwen scope and picatinny is 4mm.

Here is some pictures of various mounts on various guns..

The turrets seen from behind, fully visiable from a shooters eyepoint.

The Aimpoint Micro is for CQB situations as well as for engagning new targets as longer distances. Normally when the magnification is high, it's difficult to find it in the scope and the magnification has to be winded down. Here you just look in the red dot sight, find the tagert and lower your head so you see it in the scope and shoot.

Quick detachable mount for ACI, mounted on the mount of course as many scopes have to little space left for additional assesories.

Built in level and multiple interface surfaces that can be used for various assesories.

THe bubble is to the left so the shooter can see it with his left eye.
Of course will a separate bubble be more visiable and larger, but many people prefer to not have a lot of extenting stuff on the gun and then is this bubble a possible solution.

The mount does of course include the tilt, so no extra rails and gadgets are needed in betwen the gun and the scope.

Of course can other back up sights than aimpoint be mounted here.

Regards Technika/Håkan Spuhr

Beautiful piece of functional engineering. And, BTW, don't pay attention to that Rolling Blunder dude.

Here is an update with the separate ring version.
lowest are .750 CC height in 30mm and lowest in 34mm is .850
The pictures shows the 34mm version with a S&B PMll
The rear ring have double levels so it also can be used by left handers.

The main purpose with those are for guns with a tilted rail where not the unimount is necesarry.

Have just runned the first batch of mounts.
This is still somewhat of a trial batch, but a number of mounts have been made.
We made them for Picatinny, TRG, Accuracy int. and Sauer SSG.
Here are som pics.
So shipment has begun and second batch of mounts are on its way to.......

I made some changes from the previous pictures.
The changes are basicly:
1 Sealed hardcoated finnish
2. New improved interface
3. Markings in both mils and moa, as many people don't have any relation to MOA that is mostly chinese in the ears of europeans and mils are then well needed.
4. Each mount has 7 interface surfaces so the user can decide to put assesories almost where he wants.
Håkan

Directly mounted on TRG with Aimpoint T1 and Peq15

Naked mount.

Mount with extra picatinny rail and QD mount for ACI

ACI in place

As an alternative the interface plates can be mounted on top for those who prefers to mount the laser or aimpoint there.

High visiability of the knobs.
Shoter can easaly see his knobs setting from shooting position without moving his head to much.

Rings prepared for gluing for those who wants that.
Level easaly removable without taking mounts of gun.
Markings in both MIL and MOA

Special interface for Sauer SSG

The underneat of the picatinny mounts.
Left is very low version and right is higher.
As you can see there is removed material from middle of the mounts, and that is in order to increase the mounts ability to return to zero.

The gauge for adjusting the rotation when mounting has been kept.

Mounted on a HK417.

Best Regards Håkan

393 dollars for the mount.
50 dollars for the picatinny interfaces that can be attached to the mount.

The mount is entierly made out of 7075 T651.
The strength of the 7075 T651 is 83000 PSI while it's 45000 PSI for 6061 T6.
The mount is fully machined out and here is no extrusions, partly because extrusions in that material is very difficult and expensive and partly because machining leaves a better quality.

All screws are stainless steel and the finnish is a military approved sealed hard coat.
So we havent saved on the raw material, machining costs or quality.

Håkan, have you acquired some new machinery for this work? I remember seeing pictures you had posted of some of your machine tools. I don't recall any CNC machinery, though.
Very impressive mount, by the way.
