I don't think that really the problem is the cross so much as it is an outright attack on the fact that it represents American values. We love and honor those that have given of their lives, bodies and fortunes to provide us with freedom. This is exactly what is under attack. The fact that the cross is used is the means that they are using to authenticate that effort.
The person is a Catholic, and he is the one pushing the suit. If this were true, then he'd have no objection religiously speaking. Therefore it has to be an objection on what it stands for.

This is sad Wes. It is very sad. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I shouldn't watch this stuff.  First response is anger but it really is so sad that this even has to come to a court appeal.  What the hell is wrong with some people.

I fully agree Dogger why cant they just pass it buy and mind their own business instead of trying to insult the good intentions of others.

The guy that wanted the cross covered is Roman Catholic, and as stated in the video, has seen plenty of crosses, but don't think there needs to be this one on govt land Loco.  Sorry friend, if there is one place where there needs to be more of this is govt.  I do understand that what the cross stands for might cause an adverse work place for some govt officials.  I don't understand why that individual felt the need to mess with something in CA when they live in OR.
