Is the curry sauce with mayo a cold, quick stir-up sauce forvenison steaks that ahve been grilled???? I'm only guessing that since the mayo is thicker than coconut milk. But I've always made my curry hot, with coconut milk. But I know a lot of people make a curry with yogurt and marinate the meat in it, then grill it with the curry/yogurt still on.
