WAY cool, Andrew!  You are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place and be able to fly helicopters!  Thanks for sharing!

Somebody on the ground crew needs to clean the windshield. Could not see any elk for the bugs. I am green with envy.

It was about 9:15 pm when that flight happened.  We had cleaned the windows about 45 minutes earlier.  The bugs were terrible.  That helicopter ran for 8 hours with one half hour break.  Hot fueled and hot loaded to get as many people up as possible.  It was a great day.  Working on getting a few pics trimmed down to up load for you.

A few pics from the day.  We were so busy that not a lot of pictures got taken.  In about a month we will be back out at the same place for the "Rockin the Rivers" weekend.  Hopefully can get some more pics and videos then.

Did you guys happen to catch this frame toward the end of the video?  Must be the boundary to Andrew's property...

I like it!
Where can I get them?
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

I really need to straighten that sign up.  Not sure why people like to sit on it, but it sure makes for a great target!

Thanks for posting the warning, Andrew!

I took it to heart, and chose not to watch the video.   Whistling
Wouldn't want to start getting lonesome for those mountains again you know...

Actually was flying west of Three Forks Montana.  We flew by the Lewis and Clark Caverns.  If you have been there, you know exactly where I was.  It is a beautiful area to fly.

Never been in that area that I recall. Gonna look it up on Mapquest now.

Glad you had a chance to get out "Flying", or whatever you Whirlybird pilots call that violent thrashing about in the atmosphere thing you do...
