Wow, that is a very nice looking stick.  Congrats on the new toy.

In my 1-9" it has shot 55-69 grainers very well.  75's opened up a bit and my 1-7" barrels shoot those much better.

Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

It should shoot everything between 50 and perhaps 75 grains real well, and you  might get lucky and push the envelope further in both directions. That is a nice rifle, bud!

  Edited to add:
Supertool- I have a 1-9 that shoots Hornady 75 HPBTs really well, but falls off the cliff with 75 A-Max's!  Mine is only a 20-incher, though; a longer barrel with the right powder just might get the A-Maxs to settle down. Never know until you try, I guess.

Thanks everybody!  It took me a few weeks to decide between her (12BTV)  and the same with a grey lamy thumbhole stock 12BGTV, one in SS (12BTCSS) and the limited edition 12ABT known as the Tiger Shark with a custom limited edition grey Thumbhole stock with sharks teeth cut out of the forestock and butt.  I think someone posted pics of one here back in Feb.  I am not a big fan of grey especially if it has some yellow running thru it (REMINDS ME OF A BRUISE) if its all grey its not too bad but I prefer a natural or red tinted finish on lamies.
I have high expectations for her since my light barreled 270 was .75MOA out of the box.  shes a 10lb gun so I now need to pick out a bipod for her!

Who has suggestions for the Bipod?

Dan I was just looking over the Harris sight.  Do you recommend the notched legs over the smooth legs?  Also, due you prefer the Benchrest (6-9") or light (9-13")?  I would think teh BR 6-9 should be all I would need.

Bud, depends on the situation, but I have the 6-9 for most things.  I have a 9-13 for when I think I might be in tall grass.  Definitely notch.  SBR...

I been Harris for years.  Thunbs Up

The 6-9" for bench and it's either the 12-25" or 13.5- 27" (swivel) for hunting.

According to Harris' website HBR-S is smooth leg swivel, HBRM-S is the swivel with notched legs.

Whatever... I haven't memorized all the part numbers of everything on every rifle.  Get the one the website lists as swivel, notched...
