So..
my EuroDiamond 1.5-6 ill ret has crapped out for a 2nd time (different problem than the first one they fixed)

first time it was gone about 2 months

this weekend while out hunting it had a different issue with the ill ret system

Is it unreasonable to expect a replacement at this point as opposed to sending it out to be repaired and having to wait?

I called Burris and after a little venting got them to replace instead of repair this scope

I'm considering the Burris scout, how would you rate and/or recommend Burris Customer Service (let us hope you got the singular "bad one.")

The Bi-directional, double recoils from the bolt slam on the Semi auto platforms are a lot harder on scopes than a bolt action will be. This should not be a problem but it often is on many scopes. Glad to see you have it worked out with Burris already. Good luck on your new scope.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  When I sent in my scope I had it back in a couple weeks.
