300 - not sure what recipe he used, but I know it's partitions, this is just a test to see if she will be accurate or not. I plan to shoot 100 TTSX - if the gun likes um. I may try some IMR4350
IF anybody has a recipe to share - that would be great.

the 25-06 is a great candidate for super slow powders. imr 7828 h retumbo ram shot magnum, but rl-19 imr 4831 imr 4350 and h 4831 are good choices too.

i wish my father in law would go buy some .257 diam bullets, he has a 25-06 in a winm70 that i would love to reload for. we have the dies and a ton of brass and i have powder for it, but he doesnt have any primers or bullets yet. when i start to mess with it i will let you know what we come up with. i plan to try using something in that 100-110gr bullet weight also, i was thinking of the 110 gr nosler accubonds.

HEY we think alike, I wanted the accu-bonds too, but I want to stay at 100gr, so I will try the TTSX first.

I used 55gr of IMR4831 w/100gr Nosler Solid Base bullets until Nosler quit offering them and my supply went dry. I now use 52.7gr of RL-22 w/115gr Nosler Partitions.

Honestly never got to be around one. Heard and read GOOD reviews about them in the limited time they were around though. Typical GOOD Japanese workmanship of that era (up to 1981).
