The majority of individuals here seemed to be extremely interested in the clarity/brightness/error free view factor of scopes and that is good! There is nothing quite as satisfying as looking through a scope and just getting a brilliant picture.

However, I am a realist, I want that scope to be absolutely as brilliant as the rest of you guys but my main interest is in it's ability to repeat  "0" accuracy through power changes/ recoil/your wife throwing something at you, whatever!

Everyone talks about the "picture" quality, but rarely seem interested in the finer aspects, like hitting exactly what you are aiming at because I never hear that area of concern,  interesting.

Oh there's been plenty of discussions about repeatability/poi on this site as well, just do a search.  Big Smile

Are you talking of the other 90% of posts that don't relate to or concern scopes? I understand what you are looking for and it is talked about often. just not as much as other topics I guess?

You mean something like shooting for groups at 100yds two months ago, then shooting at 300yds, 385yds and 440yds in a match a month ago. Then dialing back down to zero and shooting groups again like Friday.

Something like this?
