I am interested in buying  the Sightron 3-12x42AO.

The only problem I have is whether to get the SIIB or the SII series, what will I gain or loose in one vs the other (realistically)?

  (1)  I realize the SIIB series has better (Fully coated optic train) but is the "View" actually that much better than the "SII".

Best place to get the best deal would be a great plus if you happen to know.

Reason for questions: There is absolutely no place in my area that has these scopes. So it is impossible for me to make my own comparison, Hope you understand.

SWFA has a low price guarantee and is a great place to do business. With Sightrons each step up is a significant improvement in quality with the SIII being really nice.  Having said that there are other scopes also which one should also consider depending on type of use.  How one hunts - stalking vs from a stand makes a difference as well as choice of rifle.
