Good day all,
How many cases can I expect to charge using Varget or any other popular 308 powders if I'm loading 44 - 46 grains. 1lb./8lb. jug does not matter. Thanks all. |

I believe the numbers Bigdaddy gave you were for 1lb. There are 7000 grains in a pound. That bit of info makes it easy to calculate.

The only way I was able to get Varget was to buy the Hodgdon 4 pack varmint sampler. It comes with a quarter pound of H322, H335, Benchmark, and Varget. I was able to get 2 packs but that is only .5 pound of what I wanted. I can find uses for the other stuff.
