I your opinion what scope gives the best comprimise for both hunting and target shooting?
Lets say we want:
* ca 600-700$ to spend
* fine duplex/fine crosshairs
* target turrets
* something that performs brilliantly in low light (mucho importanto)

Hey Lucy. Do they hold well up to abuse too ? (in case I take my gun on my MX bike). What about the Leupolds - are they good?

243 caliber. I plan on using it on the target range and for hunting. I like the fine crosshairs because they give me an option to shoot super precise. Im oftern very limited by light so a bright scope is a must (most likely 50mm lense). I think magnification up to ca 18x would be neat. I have a Zeiss huntingscope (that is ACE) but Id like to try a more target oriented scope.
I could be interested in buying a good used scope off Ebay if I get more for my $ that way.
