Does anyone have first hand experience with any of those cartridge shaped laser bore sight? Considering that the laser has to travel all the way down the barrel without hitting the sides it seems like it should get you really close to zero.

Does anyone make one that would fit my .204 and  my .270 (say, with a .270 size sleeve)?

I use the SSI Bullet Laser Boresight in 30-06 and 7mmMag.  I often am dead-on at 100yds using this boresight... one shot zero.

I have no idea about sleeves.

Opinion,untempered by fact,is ignorance.

There are some who do not fear death... for they are more afraid of not really living

Should not be a problem if the chamber and bore are straight...
