The only elite I saw with enough eye relief was the 4x16x40 with adjustable objective.do you elite users think it will stand up to the 338 ultra mag recoil?

they test it with 10,000 rounds of 375 HH
check out the burris black diamonds also
i have used both on a 30-378 and they are great!
the optics on the black diamonds are better and the posi-lock
locks the retical in place- the eye relief is better that any of my other scopes

Yeah, no problem.  A .375 H&H doesn't really kick that hard.  I have a buddy with one of the old Bausch&Lomb 3000 3-9x50's on his model 70 in a .338, which is a lot lighter in weight than most .375's and it has never failed!
