I know this is probably been beat to death.

I am looking for a good rangefinder and have come down to two models the Nikon Monarch 1200 or the Bushnell 1500 Elite w/arc.

I know most will say go with the Lieca 1200 but it is just not in my budget.

Can any of you give me a little feedback as to which one would be better for my application?

I do like the Bushnell balistics feature...

I will be hunting mule and white tail deer out to around 1000yds with a 270wsm and will use it as a spoter from time to time.... if this helps?

Thanks or any and all responces.

Eric

First off, welcome to the OT. Second, I would be curious how often you shoot this .270 wsm at 1000 yards? I can't say for absolute certain, but I question either giving you a range on anything other than highly reflective targets at 1000 yards.
