Hi,
I have an L1A1 (FAL) and it has a picitinny type mount on it.
I want to get a small, compact sight to replace the standard open sights.

Like a holosight.

I am limited to $150. or less for it.
Any recommendations ??

I want to but from SWFA.

I have a suggestion you probably dont want to hear but there is a difference - save up and buy an Aimpoint or a Trijicon.

I wish I had the ability to buy an Aimpoint or Trijcon but money is very tight and
I have to be realistic.
They both look great.

Hey, maybe my rich uncle will kick the bucket and I can get one :^)

The Vortex Strikefire has received decent reviews here and ARFCOM, if my memory serves me.

check out the ultradots
they are priced right and are known to be tough
lots of guys use them for handgun competition and they are holding up on 500 Smith & Wessons, so, they are tough too
