I was looking at a Zeiss conquest 3-9 and the salesman was telling me they now have rainguard. I did not see it on the box and just did not feel like being rude.

Will the whole Zeiss line have rainguard or will it be on certain scopes.

I believe according to a post Chris done a while back that Zeiss has bought rights to use bushnells rainguard.  I would bet they will give it a different name though

I have a Bushnell Banner on a 300 mag, and it's held up wonderfully for the last 14+/- years. The Simmons AETEC lasted two seasons on that rifle, and it cost me a huge 8 pointer, and I do mean he was HUGE.......I was hunting next to a private trophy club where clients and such pay big money to hunt big deer. That's a different story for another thread though.
I have had very good luck with Leupolds, Elites, and so far Nikons.

I'm certain it'll have a different name, and will likely only be standard on certain scopes.
