I just bought a Remington model 700 limited CDL chambered in 260 and i am having trouble deciding what scope i should put on it . all opinions are   welcome , Thanks

First off, Welcome to the OT. 
That said, What is this bad boy going to be doing for the most part? Hunting, target shooting?
If you give us a better description of what you want to do with it the better we can come up with a scope recommendation.

It is going to be used for hunting mostly and price range of some were in the neighbor hood of 5 to 7

I would like to have a scope that is going to perform in low light as well as perform out to 4 to 5 hundred yard if the opportunity ever arose.

I'd pick the Meopta or Kahles

the only issue i have with the kahles is the new ownership deal and the new cs dept stuff, other than that they make great scopes they can compete with scopes in the $800-1000 range

I wouldn't hesitate to do that. I have a Nikon Monarch from the sample list and it's perfect.
