HI all,

I'm looking for some Binocular that I could use at  hunting.
Instante of alwayse looking into my gun Scoop.

Low light transmision is important.
Distance is between 100 feet to 1000 feet.

My hunting scoop is a 2.5-16 X50 Bushnell Elite 6500.

I'm looking for Binocular that would have a similar Light transmision.

I was thinking at some 8X Fix binocular .
Rain/Fog proof alsoCool

I'm confuse between Porro prism or Roof prisms.
If I understand Porro Prism is biger but have a bether light Transmision?

Witch compagnie make good Binocular witout having to payd to mutch money?

My budget is kind of limited this years  Less then 200$ and I was wondering if it would be worked to by some 200$ binoculars will they be as good as my hunting scoop?
I don't want binocular that give and HeadHeck after 2 min your looking into them........

Thanks all

Ed aren't you going to recommend the Zen Rays??
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

The difference between both is uge......

Both are Roof Prism I'm wondering if weight is not and issue if I should be looking at some Porro Prism?

Yes, they would be good, too.  The Yosemites are $80 and $100.  The Zen-Rays are ---what?----$170 or so..?

In your price range you should definitely be focusing on Porro prism models.

Leupold Yosemite
Bushnell Legend (Porro)
Pentax PCF WP II
Leupold WindRiver Mesa
Leupold Windriver Cascades (Porro)
Nikon Action Extreme
What if the hokey pokey really is what it's all about?

I found Bushnell Legend (Porro) and Pentax PCF WP II in shop today.

My choise end on Bushnell Legend (Porro).
50$ less then the Pentax and I cont'd talle the difference between both.

Got the Bushnell Legend (Porro) for 149$CA they only thing I don't like of them it's the botum lens cap are not tie to the Binocular but well I"ll live with it.

What I like of them it's the adustment is verry easy.

The price was right for meBig%20Grin

Cabalas has a 10x25 that is good glass. They sell for around $100.00.
Go check them out. The glass will be comperable to your 6500. If you don't like send them back and they will refund your money no questions asked.
