I have a 3X9 Tasco scope that is "RUBBER COACTED."
It is an older scope. Anyone seen or have one of these?????
My question is what size scope rings does it take???? I have tried 1 inch-which as too small and 30MM which are too big.
HELP?!?!?!?!?!?!!

I have one of these older ( mid 80's ) scopes . My original rings broke, so I found a set of 30mm millet rings, and added a piece of sandpaper with a sticky backing all the way around. It worked perfectly, and has never lost zero mounted on a Colt Match Target rifle since 1997.
Surface grip like you use on a boat trailer or around a pool will also work.

thanks- actually thought of something like that! Then was not sure how it would hold. I want to put the scope on a 7mm-.08.
