Anybody ever had any dealings with one of these? I had a Swift scope years ago. To me it was about the quality of somewhere between the Bushnell Banner and Scopechief. These new Premiers are being compared to Leupold VX III's. Are they anywhere close to that good, I don't know. Nobody around me carries them. Would really appreciate some useful input. Thanks.

The Swift Premier line is a good bargain. The glass is nice and they seem to hold up well. You can do a search for Swift Premier in the forums and get most anything info wise that you want.

I would be very curious to know how they track. Nobody around here carries them either.

I have onr in 3-9x40 the after plinking in the rain with my 10/22 got water on the lens. win I cleaned it off it looks like the coating is comming off. I am going to send it back to Swift but I would not buy another. I have a nikon prostaff that is about the same price and opticly looks better. |

I have several Swift Premier scopes. I have two of the 2-7X40 and a 4X at the moment. All total I have had 5 of these scopes. I also have had several of the Nikons in Buckmaster 3-9X40 and one Prostaff in 4X. All the Swift scopes are guaranteed for life. I was told that they will not fix your scope, rather replace it instead right on the spot where you bought it originally. I had one of the scopes get scratched on the lens and took it back to the gun shop where I bought it and he took one off the shelf and handed it to me no questions asked. I don't think you can beat that. Don't get me wrong, it is not equal to my Zeiss Conquest when it comes to the clarity, but for the rifles I have these scopes mounted on, they do just fine.
I do like my Nikons a bit better though. Between the Buckmasters and Prostaff scopes, I have gotten great service from them as well. Customer service was not at all what some have said they had to go through to get satisfaction. I had to return a Buckmaster for a coating problem on the Objective lens, and Nikon had a new scope at my door in less then two weeks from the time I sent mine out!
For the money, I don't think you can really go wrong with the Swift Premier scopes!
